PrincessTerms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Coloring Pages: Princess app for iPhone and iPad (the "App"), made by Nguyen Van Long ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If a child uses the App, the parent or guardian who downloaded it accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.
These Terms work together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.
1. License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the App or its coloring pages, or try to extract its source code.
2. Your pictures
Pictures your child colors are theirs to keep, print and share for personal, non-commercial use. The original line drawings remain our property.
3. Crayons and in-app purchases
- Coloring uses crayons. The App includes free crayons, and gives a small free refill each day and when a picture is finished.
- Refill once fills the crayon box to 100%. It is used up as you color and cannot be restored if the App is deleted.
- Unlimited forever is a one-time purchase that removes the crayon limit. It can be restored on your other devices with the same Apple ID using "Restore" in the App.
- All purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions, and are processed by Apple. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Crayons have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
4. Content and internet
New coloring pages are downloaded from our server, so an internet connection is needed the first time a picture is opened. We may add, change or remove coloring pages and features over time.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the App, for example by interfering with its operation, attempting to bypass purchases or crayon limits, or using automated means to download its content.
6. Privacy
The App does not collect personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those in the Standard EULA, and we are not responsible for loss of colored pictures, for example if the App or device data is deleted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new Terms.
