Common questions

How do I get more crayons? You get free crayons every day and when a picture is finished. A grown-up can also buy a refill or unlimited crayons: tap the crayon bar at the top of a picture, or go to Settings → Get more crayons.

I bought "Unlimited forever" on another device. Open Settings → Get more crayons and tap Restore, using the same Apple ID.

A picture says it needs the internet. Each picture is downloaded the first time it is opened. After that it works offline.

Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
